The Problem

Executive Chef Simon Hall has spent years learning and sharpening his culinary skills traveling the world.  In January 2016, he moved back to his native Knoxville, Tennessee and began his own food service business, Simon Hall Private Chef. Soon after opening, he knew the business needed to better cultivate a marketing strategy in order to effectively reach more people in the surrounding area and grow his digital audience.

 

The Solution

To reach more people in the Knoxville area, we developed a branding and marketing strategy including: fostering his social media influence, building his digital ordering program, and helping him become one of the only Whole30 approved food services in the country.  Since opening, Simon Hall Private Chef is continuing to grow.  In addition to serving Knoxville, he is now open in Nashville and is officially recognized as a Whole30 approved affiliate.
